This hotel was right across the street from where I had surgery @ the Mayo Clinic, breakfast was doable at the hotel (hot basic buffet)but we just walked down the block to the Canadian Honker and then to Caribou Coffee because we had lots of time to waste! Seriously, appt. not until 11:15 @ Mayo, and we're early risers! I also used the hot tub the night before, which was great! Snack options were plentiful, as well as coffee, decaf, and hot tea available all day in the lobby. There were cookies too! We only stayed 2 nights (not even really planning on the 2nd night as my surgery was outpatient). We ended up taking advantage of our reservation the 2nd night because I didn't get out of the clinic until 8 pm, and we were both tired and starving. We ordered Uber eats from the nearby KFC (took only 20 minutes), lady at the front desk brought us extra pillows, as I had surgery on my head (thank you!). We then went to bed....& drove back to the Twin Ports the next morning. There is a shuttle to all points at the Mayo that stops at this hotel, and a paper schedule is available as well as a map of Rochester. All very helpful. Also, laundry facilities are in the hotel, with detergent and dryer sheets available at the front desk. We didn't use these, but good to know if we ended up being there longer!

I loved everything about the property, the staff being #1. They were the nicest group of people I’ve ever experienced at a hotel hands down. It was always clean and always someone around to help. It was also across the street from St.Marys campus, which was the reason for our stay. Breakfast was also great with many options. It’s also close walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. The pool and hot tub were also very nice.

Free outdoor parking! Its worth repeating - free outdoor parking! I hate paying for parking. Location is great - walking distance to Francis building entrance at MAYO St Marys hospital campus. Nice, clean, well appointed comfortable room with two TV’s - one in front of couch, one in front of bed. Breakfast is the typical hot cold fare - and was good and plentiful. Did I mention “free parking”????

I'm normally not fond of staying in hotels but when I arrived I had card trouble and the front desk staff was so patient and kind. Our room (other than being a little toasty) was a nice size with a bed that was so super comfy! What a treat! Upon my exit the front desk staff, again, was so sweet! My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

I liked the warm oatmeal for breakfast and the option of waffles, eggs and bacon & sausage. (I didn't eat the eggs so I don't know if they were from a mix or not. The staff was friendly, warm and kind. The location is right across from St Mary's/Mayo Clinic, very convenient for visiting patients.
